Owners Comments
In 2006 I changed to Shindig from a Dale Nelson twin engined power boat, wishing to be more environmentally friendly. I sought a motorsailer and from studying the choices much liked and searched out a Fisher 37 with the interior layout I most liked from the variety of configurations they had done. Following this I dedicated 4 yrs extensive investment of time and money in a very caring refit and refurbishment that I increasingly became absorbed into.
This has for my rare opportunities to escape work absorbed my time to extent I have as yet not got into anywhere near as much time at sea as I should in owning such a special boat. Of the passages I have done I have been highly impressed by the overall solid design qualities and inherent seakeeping capability that leave you feeling you are being carried in safe hands: a boat leaving you feeling always well cared for at sea.
