Ancasta International Boat Sales and Britannia Corporate Events have just revealed the dates for this year’s Beneteau Cup, to be held in Cowes, Isle of Wight, on the weekend of the 21st – 23rd August and already the entries are flocking in!

Every year the Beneteau Cup attracts abilities of all levels, from the family fun of the Treasure Hunt to the cut and thrust of the Class A IRC fleet racing.  Combined with racing is to be a superb programme of afternoon and evening entertainment for all the family. 

On the Friday and Saturday the cruising class will have two races each day, with the IRC class having an extra third race on the Saturday – even more racing this year!

Berthing from Friday to Sunday at the Cowes Yacht Haven is included in the entry fee.  And what’s more there will be competitions, free give-aways for adults and kids and lots of prizes for racing too!

Race partners this year include Peroni, Henri Lloyd, Raymarine and the events first media partner, Sailing Today. 

All entries received before March 31st 2009 will automatically be put into a prize draw to win some great new Henri Lloyd kit.
