Ancasta Brokers Comments:
"Hunny Bear" is a much loved boat. It was discovered last year that she needed remedial works and her owners put her undercover in Hardman Jones Marine yard for the winter to complete these works. She is currently in the final stages of a full osmosis treatment, has had her windows rebedded, knees and chainplates and all standing rigging replaced. All the works have been carried out by Hardman Jones Marine and A2 Rigging under supervision for YDSA Surveyor Julian Pizey. There is a full report with photographs available.

Owners Comments
This boat was ordered by my father and he visited the yard on many occasions during it's construction to make sure that he had influence on the safety / strength aspects of the boat. The reason for this was that he intended to use this boat for a full circumnavigation. The boat has been successfully used for that purpose, and it is a very comfortable, solid and safe boat. We have recently commissioned remedial works to provide many more years service to her new owner. These works are now nearing completion and there will be a full surveyors report available for inspection.
