We were handed the keys to ‘Qualia’ in March 2017 and have spent every possible weekend on her throughout the months that have followed. She has been an absolute please to sail and spend time on. Our ever-increasing demand from friends and family to come and join us, along with having the peace of mind that we now know that we absolutely love the water and want to spend more and more time sailing means that we have made a decision to invest in a larger yacht.

She is a pleasure to sail and spend time on, and with the added bonus of having so much headroom, she offers a beautifully light and airy living space; something many other sailboats simply do not have. The King Size master cabin bed is amazing, way more comfortable than our very expensive memory foam mattress at home. Having the reverse cycle a/c has also been a real luxury and has enabled us to heat or cool her when necessary. This required us to have a generator installed, which we use all of the time and allows us to run appliances like the Nespresso machine, even when we are sailing or on anchor.

The name ‘Qualia’ comes from the Latin word meaning ‘a place of happiness and wellbeing’, and she has most certainly lived up to her name.
