Designed by Peter Norlin, the Sweden Yachts 41 is a boat with exceptional speed and classical beauty that has stood the test of time.
This performance orientated cruiser racer, as described by Sailing Today, has comparatively low freeboard, sleek lines, a broad beam, raked stem and a retroussé stern for maximum waterline length underway; Swedish boat building at its best!
Only the finest materials have been used, from the spacious, uncluttered teak deck to the roomy accommodation below finished in Mahogany and teak throughout.
This particular two heads example has the luxury of an Owners Ensuite aft and underwent a major refit in 2001. Sensibly updated including a new engine in 2010 and saildrive diaphragm replaced in 2017 - this vessel provides a rare opportunity to own a head turning Scandinavian thoroughbred!
Sailed extensively on South Coast during 2017 - faultless performance yacht on all her outings. Updated/cared for wherever necessary. A joy to sail, fast, comfortable and safe. A great passage making yacht, but still easy to handle in small harbours (where she frequently receives admiring comments) and a yacht that seems happy anywhere at anchor. Won both legs of Chichester Yacht Club's 2017 'Round the Island Race' and overall First Place winning three trophies in one outing!
