Fastnet Marine Insurance Services Ltd. is an independent Insurance Broker specialising in arranging insurance for yachts of all sizes, all types, all over the World.
• For Yacht Owners, Fastnet Marine offer a full insurance broking and advice service. Having established certain details about the Owner, the yacht, and in particular, the Owner’s long term plans for the yacht, Fastnet will assess & compare quotations they obtain from suitable Insurers, and then guide the Owner towards the most appropriate policy for their needs.
• At all times, Fastnet Marine’s role is to represent Owners’ interests, when sourcing and arranging insurance cover, when advising them on all aspects relating to insurance cover, as well as when negotiating claims settlements on their behalf.
• Fastnet Marine can assist overseas Owners, and/or Owners with Yachts flagged / registered overseas. We are not restricted to just UK Owners &/or UK flagged Yachts.
• All types of yachts can be handled, including, but not limited to:-
o Charter Yachts, whether Skippered or Bareboat;
o Racing yachts;
o Long distance cruising yachts;
o Sail & Power.
• No minimum or maximum size restriction.
• Fastnet Marine can also arrange the additional insurances usually required by Owners of larger yachts, including:-
o Crew Insurance (Employers Liability, and Crew Welfare;)
o P&I Club entries;
o Cargo Insurance;
o Newbuild projects.
