560
On first glance the 560 seems to be a smaller version of the 620, and indeed the lines of the hulls and coachroof are very similar. But a closer look will reveal some important differences between the two designs. While the 620 is possibly best suited to a "galley down" layout (although "up" or "down" versions are available) the kitchen on the 560 has been located in the saloon area for a convivial and slightly and less formal dining experience.
The cabins are very clever indeed. By moving the longitudinal bulkheads a short distance inboard Lagoon have created that extra bit of space so that each of the four cabins is light and airy, with enough room for a proper toilet and shower area and plenty of cupboards. Each cabin even has its own desk! The port aft cabin is entered directly from the aft cockpit rather than the saloon: a nice touch allowing the skipper fast access to the flybridge when required and providing separation from the guests.
Delightful Nauta design touches are in abundance: concealed lighting, neat wine bottle storage, modern, angular joinery and stainless steel fittings. A choice of light and dark wood interiors is available.
Upstairs, the navigation station with single wheel steering is mounted on the centreline and there is plenty of room for additional seating and a sunlounging area. On the foredeck, the 560 features the sunken cockpit well that has proved so popular with the smaller flybridge designs.
