The Ancasta Mercury office has been running for the past 15 years and recently opened new premises eighteen months ago.

Covering all Marinas on the Hamble River, upstream of Mercury: Universal, Premier Marina at Swanwick and Eastland’s, Ancasta is the only brokerage with two offices located on the River Hamble.

The moment you list your boat with this office, it is immediately available across our whole network – Falmouth to Brighton, Hamble to S France, Brixham to Palma.  Talk to us, we are listening.

Meet the Mercury team

  Alex Legge
  I am a Yacht Broker and member of the Beneteau New Boat Sales team. I’ve worked for Ancasta for 10 years, beginning at Port Hamble, but currently I run our busy Mercury office. We proudly cater equally to both power and sail, but with a personal preference for ‘rag and stick’, I can be found on the Beneteau stand at most boat shows. We’re happy to talk new or used, sail or power.

  I am a Yacht Broker and member of the Prestige New Boat Sales team. Having been raised next to the river Hamble in Old Bursledon, sailing has always been a huge part of my life. I first discovered a passion for boat sales with Ancasta at age 18, but having moved away to a local competitor, I’m very glad to be back at Ancasta, and enjoy being a part of the Prestige new boat sales team.
