Sealine South Coast, part of the Ancasta Group, has been presented with the ‘Garmin Outstanding Service Award’ – at the Motor Boat of the Year Awards 2010, held 11th January.
This award was presented to Sealine South Coast as a result of numerous glowing testimonials sent in to the judges by customers themselves, proving the level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
Mark da Costa, Sales Manager of Sealine South Coast said: “We are honoured to receive this prestigious customer service award, a big thank you to all that have nominated us and of course all of the Ancasta team for their hard work since we were appointed Sealine dealers in September 2007”.
Mark continued: “The last eighteen months has been a very challenging economic environment reinforcing the importance of aftersales excellence and bringing customers together in a social context to enjoy their boating”.
In the latest issue of Motor Boat Monthly, the magazine commented on Sealine South Coast’s accolade: “Sealine South Coast not only delivered the kind of service that any customer would want, it went further, actively encouraging its owners into a community so they could communicate and support one another. It was this community spirit that ultimately won the judges over”.
The magazine continued: “Part of the Ancasta Group, it was also noted that Sealine South Coast has created a very reliable partnership between itself and the Sealine yard, creating the very best support for customers”.
