Bordeaux 60 wins 2010 Round the Island race for a second year running

The annual Round the Island race around the Isle of Wight took place on the 19th June 2010, organised by the Island Sailing Club. It is one of the largest yacht races in the world and the fourth largest participation sporting event in the UK after the London Marathon and the Great North and South Runs.

Marten 49 “Pace” wins Challenge Nucci Novi Trophy

Johnny Vincent and Simon Tate’s beautiful Marten 49 “Pace” was declared winner of the 2009 Giraglia Rolex Cup. Their combined scores in both the inshore element and offshore placed them first in the 193 boat fleet. A 1st place in IRC-A (79 Boats) and 11th in the offshore was sufficient for Pace to be declared the overall winner.
