Slurry blasted then 'Epoxied' 2017
Hull and deck are built in a sandwich construction of vinylester & polyester resin and biaxial E-glass fabric. Further reinforcements are placed in high stress areas.
Solid laminate is used around the keel, rudder and through-hull fittings for maximum strength. The hull and deck are bonded together using special structural acrylic glue.
The overall construction provides excellent hull strength, resulting in exceptional upwind sailing performance.
