Nick is our Prestige Brand Manager and has been an integral part of the Group since he joined to work weekends while at University! Nick took a full time position at Port Hamble shortly after graduating and was later delighted to move to our Lymington office where he soon assumed the role of Office Manager for this extremely busy branch of the network.
Excelling as a Brokerage Manager, Nick's appointment as the Prestige Brand Manager, seemed a natural progression, and we are thrilled to have him back in the fold of Ancasta's head office in Port Hamble.
Geraint is the Manager of our Chichester office and member of the Prestige New Boat Sales team.
Geraint joined Ancasta in 2007 having worked in the marine industry for over 15 years.
Involved in boating most of his life, Geraint was originally on the River Thames before moving to the South Coast in 1996. His specialist area is modern British powerboats, including Fairline, Princess and Sunseeker, so we are very pleased to have him as part of the Prestige new boat sales team.

Katy is a Yacht Broker and member of the Prestige Sales team.
Having been raised next to the River Hamble in Old Bursledon, sailing has always been a huge part of her life and she first discovered her passion for boat sales with Ancasta at age 18 when she was employed as a brokerage assistant.
Katy then spent the next six years gaining invaluable experience when she was asked by a local competitor to set up and manage a new brokerage.
In 2011 she was very glad to come back to Ancasta, and enjoy being a part of the Prestige Motor Yacht Sales Team.
Matthew began his experience with Ancasta over ten years ago when he started helping us out with boat shows before becoming a qualified yacht broker in 2005, and permanent fixture of our weekend team. Successfully selling boats for our Brighton office, Matt then moved away from the area for several years before returning to the fold and re-joining Ancasta as a full time broker in the summer of 2013. In June of last year, he joined the Prestige sales team, where his extensive knowledge of the luxury motor boat brand is being very well placed as is his passion for motor boating.
Lee Ball comes from a very strong background of 20 years as a Sales Manager in the motor trade, and that experience certainly paid off.
Lee joined Ancasta and with no previous involvement in the marine industry, took to the role like a duck to water. Selling three brand new Prestiges in very quick succession, he has obviously having found his niche, and is also the sole occupier of Ancasta's Mylor office.
Lee says he is thrilled that he convinced his young family to move to this beautiful and picturesque piece of Cornwall and so are we. He has proved to be an integral and much valued member of the Prestige team.
The Commissioning team is responsible for making sure the new boat is to your exact personal requirements and specification. Once the boat is commissioned you have a full handover day with one of our skilled technicians to talk you through all the elements of your new boat and its equipment.
