Southerly 115(series I) built in 1984 and refitted by Northshore in 2000 and again in 2017. Centre cockpit, Shoal draft, swing keel, pilot house cruiser. 2017 major refit included removal & complete refurbishment of keel and as such the vessel is presented in very sound mechanical order. the vessel has been subject to continuous upgrading throughout her current ownership including all new rigging in 2015. The first owner cruised Scotland and the Channel. SHe won her class in Round the Island Race in 1995. I purchased her in 1999 and commissioned the complete refurbishment by Northshore in 1999-2000. Refit included removal of keel, conversion of engine to freshwater cooling, fitting of in mast furling, full osmosis treatment, calorifier and complete interior refurbishment. Continuous upgrading 2001-2015. All new rigging in 2015. I have cruised the Channel coast to Scilly. The swing keel retracted it is possible to reach the quieter anchorages where others cannot go
