The Lagoon Annual Dealer Conference held in Bordeaux last week hailed yet another award to add to Ancasta’s recent net of industry accolades!
Graham Laver our Lagoon Sales Manager and Ashley Overton our New Boat Sales Director, attended the prestigious event along with 76 other international dealers, and were extremely proud to receive the only Best Customer Service Award given out on the night.
Paying tribute to Ancasta’s after sales service, it had not gone unnoticed by Lagoon, that in our absolute commitment to building relationships with customers for the duration of their boat ownership, we recently followed and chaperoned one new owner through the Mediterranean to ensure his safety and absolute satisfaction with his purchase. This includes commissioning and handover as well as any preferential customisation possibilities, offered by our sister company Hamble Yacht Services.
