This year’s International Multihull Show played host to the very most and the very best of multihulls from the international arena. Graham Laver our Lagoon Brand Manager returned from the show and told us that it gave everyone the ideal opportunity to see the fantastic modifications which have been made to the 560 S2. Drawing from the success of the 620, which has a separate galley down, the concept has now been superbly replicated and delivered by Lagoon on their other second biggest cat.
Both the 560 S2 and the 620 can now be purchased with the galley in the saloon for relaxed, informal living, or with the galley in the port hull to create more space in the saloon and a more formal dining experience. The 560 galley and crew quarters is accessed from a door in the cockpit, to provide separation between crew and guests.
Lagoon have also taken the opportunity to redesign many of the saloon fixtures and furnishings, including softer cushions and modified cabinetry for drinks and books. Optional leather inlays to the tables, and a pair of brand new leather-clad navigation pods add significantly to the feeling of luxury.
Another first for the show was the three cabin version of Lagoon 52 which was also on display and received exceptionally well. The space and luxury of this innovative new model is truly stunning with the entire starboard hull dedicated to the owner.
